Download the membership application (PDF). You can fill it in on your computer or print it.

Fill it in completely and sign it
Enter your personal details, your monthly contribution and your bank details. Page 2 contains excerpts from our statutes.

Send it by post or email
Post the form to our address or scan it and email it to heyvasor@web.de.
Important information
- Anyone aged 16 or over can become a member.
- The board decides on the written application.
- The amount of the membership fee is set by the general assembly.
- Membership can be ended at any time by written notice.
Due to an order by the ADD, we cannot accept memberships from Rhineland-Palatinate. Registrations from there will not be recognised.
